I still don't understand why they ended up not doing on the fly, because it doesn't seem very complicated to me. It doesn't seem like its a successor to Diplomacy at the moment, but since Steam got involved and the fact I really need a new computer, I haven't even tried it.

I serious need to get a new computer, something to handle recent and new games, but Microsoft couldn't pay me enough to get Metro 8, because it simply isn't a desktop OS. I will get Windows 7 long before I ever even consider Metro 8 at this point.

I still play Homeworld from time to time, and only got it about when Homeworld 2 was released. I only managed to play the Homeworld 2 demo, and have to say I prefer Homeworld over Homeworld 2. I love Homeworld, the gameplay, the music, and the backstory were all excellent. Homeworld 2 just hasn't enchanted me the same way, though things like less linear managers and strike craft squadrons are nice, I don't like the voice acting and the nerf into oblivion of support.

As many have said, Firefly. Fox were some of the stupidest people in history for canceling it after only one season. It ended up spawning its own film sequel, Serenity.
