Messed up shortcuts! HELP! :( in Fences Stardock Forums

So i tried fences and ran with it 2 days, but i didn't quite like it so i decided to uninstall it. After i uninstalled fences my desktop shortcuts where at 1 place and they didn't want to snap if you know what i meen by that. How do you enable that again so i can rearrange my icons.
