I wanted to follow up with everyone, I decided that while the quotes I received were probably fair for the amount of work that was involved ($900-$1900 - Full Theme), I just opted to go with a custom wallpaper. The prices for a wallpaper only were almost all the same price at $300. I chose http://www.blueskyheart.com as the designer. Thanks again, and I still admire the craftsmanship that you all display in this area.
As I continue my quest, Several contributors are helping to educate me on what I am asking for. I currently see two options, 1) Using an existing skin (like the Holdem Suite mentioned above) and just contract for a sexy cool wallpaper, - OR - 2) Go "All In" and get a full fleded Theme (WindowBlind, Icon, Wallpaper). (FYI: I prefer the picture of the old farts playing Faro over the cartoon image). Both are good pictures

Greetings; I am interested in have a custom skin made for the computers (4) in my Poker Room. They all run Windows 7. They all have 40"+ Samsung LED monitors. I am programmer but have little skill in graphics design (see http://www.5aces.org/). I have some existing graphics which are pretty 2 dimensional, but would provide a place to start. I have a clear vision of the look, Old school saloon. Budget $500-$1000 US. Complete by 1 April.
