Charger (TM Suite)?? in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Hello there, I am brand new to the whole customization world of Windows. However, I did have WindowBlinds around three - four years ago and I just got it again yesterday. I was searching for some nice themes in WinCustomize and I came across this suite called Charger (found here: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/suites/777/). I absolutely love it and can't wait to install it. However, I cannot seem to install it at all. I tried using WindowBlinds but it didn't work. Tried
