isn't paranoie where some happens. If there's a bug in the web dinamics pages, i don't konw; if there's a bad rating system, i don't konw (in a wallpaper i received 2 rates, initialyy is always 6, after the 1st the rate is 8, and after the 2nd the rate is "4" 4?????). Sincerelly i only vote when i like the skins. If i don't like, i don't rate. If it is some people that rates very lowly, it's a disjustice the descendancy by "8" to "4" in only one rate. there's a solution: i can create a "startup object" located on a corner of the screen, that toogles other object visibility; i can use some macro recording app (like (iolo macro magic) with a macro that moves the cursor over "startup object" amb clicks. But, there's a moore integrated solution for desktopx?

it's true`paxx, anyone can put skins with OSX style, but it's hard to replace the functionallity of OSX: the floating windows, the easy key-strokes for some jobs. Afortunatelly, can be used some good apps, like WindowFX, some keystroking app (like Iolo Macro Magic). DesktopX is different, with this you can ennhance moore than OSX style. And the last.... where is the DOCK for WIndows???

Have you reason, paxx, there's no apps for MacOSX. ops sorry, there's lot of apps! Photoshop 7, Freehand 10, Indesign 2. The Adobe's apps works correctly (moore slowly in a recent G4 than my recent P4a). Freehand 10 crashes a lot on MacOSX, and there's no updates! ...where's Quark??? and home 3d apps like animation master and pixels 3d 4???? where??? only in MacOS9. There's no native professional apps for MacOSX, and you need to pay too much.

I used a long time Macs. Macos9 crashes a lot, the memory usage is scandalous, and lots of times the apps ara monopolizing the CPU usage (bad, very bad). The positive: the interface are the best intuitive (excepting the bar), the use is very fast and if you find any problem you can reach the solution and uninstall the Extension, app, etc. without reinstall all the system. Duality it's very cool, and free, and never crashes (at this time on my computer). Also, the original quartz interface of MAC OSX is skinneable, but Apple not provide utilities to change the aoriginal Aqua skin. Quartz uses PDF to present graphics on screen; it uses vector graphics fort the fonts, but all (i think) othe gui parts are rasterized graphics; it uses graphics greather than are represented on screen, in this way, the bars are always in the same size if you switches resolution.<br
