In my case, there's no problem if some peopple uses my work, also if them make changes (color changes and othres). Only, the new aothor needs to respect my work, and the work of others authors, and say that the theme is created with other authors job.

true paxx, IE for Mac is ugly, if you use a 56k internet connection. If you use DSL connection, all rules changes: IE works very well (specially if you uses the router as a modem -single user, not multiple users-). Also, is Netscape for Mac the problematic and incompatible, specially in asp pages. It's true that IE for Mac don't likes the Java applets, in this case it's best Netscape.

I use a G4 800 in 5 days at work and G3 400 at home 4 days. The unic difference is the computer velocity. G3 is the same as PIII 800Mh +-. The G4 (can be compared as the new iMac, but equiped with 700 Mb memory) is very, very spectacular. I'm tested running Photoshop and Indesign (the most hard apps. for design), and this works on Classic mode (the Mac Os 9.2 that runs in the normal Mac Mode) without problems (the adobe's web-page says there's some bugs in Photoshop running in Classic mode).

I have no space (and no time) for two computers. Yes, surelly i can install VirtualPC, but i don't believe that desktopx can get high performance on Macs. If it's possible, surelly i post a screenshot! I'm a picture maker, not a professional skinner, and for this job is more effective and productive the Macs. I arrived at this point, after nine years using Macs. Windows is a enervating OS (WinXP and 2000 are little better, of course). Surelly i'm accustomed to macs.

I will change, in few days. Yes, of course, my new computer will be a Macintosh. Thereby, i leave the skinning for Windows programs. It has been one year of skinning, specially for desktopx, also one year learning english (i know, without great results). Thanks for all peopple and customizers, also users and developpers that support me in the past periosd when i'm unabled of making skins, really thanks for supporting. First: i recognize i used lots of images created before by other authors in my skins! This is illegal? There's a lot of skins using images before created by others, also lots of skins with all images ripped! I know that if there's no copyright signed in the image or tehre's no comments on the web page that contains the image, there's no problem. At firsts times i released some skins that maybe are copyrighted, but i searched around the webpages ind i found nothing about the copyrights.<b

I'm the unic user of my computer at home, and a unic Mac user in a Windows intranet at work. At work there's no problem, due to different nature of OSes. At work, with only a instance of skinned programs, there's nop. When i use Object Bar and Window Blinds, the computer runs so slowly; with desktopx runs very well (with a Pentium 1gh 500 mb ram); before, with a older pentium and "only" 128 Mb, desktopx runs very slowly. Sincerelly, i think that desktopx really enhances the comunication,

feline, i'm awaiting lots and lots of days awaiting the shortcutkeys for desktopx. The only way i found is making a plugin, using some win32 library. I think is possible to make it, but i'm not a programer. With desktopx 1.1 there's the dxscript. I will learn scripting; when i'm more experienced with programming, i will release a unificated keyshortcutting for desktopx (if the desktopx programmers don't release). Unfortunatelly this will ocur with a lot of time! I'm not a programmer

WoW! I'm like a children with a new toy! It's time to learn scripting! With a little effort i can make very cool projects. lastima. That's too bad, i can change the objects status, sizes, transparencies, etc. Also, by 9 attemps with a bad script code, desktopx crasshed 3 times (i konw, it's a beta. Also works more slowly when i open the properties panel. No matter, this is a great release with unlimited useful, not only the scripting plugin, also the dxplayer plugin! Great job, really i need!

hehehe surelly will be the competence to Kaleidoscope (a great windows skinning app for Mac, that skins all, all, all objects on Mac GUI, and don't crash). There's a little problem making themes for a different screen sizes. If you make a theme for 1024, in 1280 sees the graphics little, in 800 too big! When i make a new theme, i use ever the 1024, because is the most used. If a skinner wish to create a skin available for different screen sizes, can't use a wallpaper in desktopx, because the displacement remains incorrect when you changes the screen size!
