DesktopX question about z-order in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I always used DesktopX on Windows 2000/XP, that allows the 'always on top' z-order, so i created some of my themes using this z-order. My question is: Wath happens on nonXP Windows when you uses a DesktopX theme on 'always on top' mode? -It remains on the desktop? Thanks for the response

Do you need a program that converts your graphics to .ico files (individual icon files with multiple sizes) or .icl libraries (libraries of .ico files).
