I tried the raceconfig.xml penalty but it didnt seem to make any big difference, ToA btw if that makes a difference.

Hello GC2 players, i only got this game last week but im really enjoying it despite the problems of ships having a range value that is just stupidly large, even from the beginning. So basically what i would like to know is how i can make ship range much reduced, especially on the larger maps to get a more epic game feeling.
