2K Style Icons in XP? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Is there anyway to remove the backdrop from desktop icons? I.E: My desktop COLOR is set to white, but my wallpaper is multicolored blue, so I can't match the blue, and you can always see the backdrop on the icons.. Is there anyway to make this transparent, like XP?
