Not sure if I have the same problem as Sympnerv, but I posted here because I think it's a compatibility issue between GalCiv II and Win7. I can run the game in Campaign (not sure for how long, though.), but when I try to play in sandbox I can't customize the race (tech tree and personality are dimmed and won't come up.). Also, when I get to the "Choose opponents" screen it seems that all the options are disabled; I can't change anything. Then I click on "Ne
