Similar to the great point that Econundrum1 made. The reason you are seeing this is because the prefs file is wiped at the start. We do this to reduce the amount of critical issues that could arise and prevent player from being able to play the game. This will happen early in development and continue until it becomes less of a needed preventative measure. Thanks for the feedback!

The contents of that post have been added as well, thanks again for all the feedback! :)
In reference to having switchable graphics cards, As I mentioned in the other forum post: https://forums.galciv3.com/453240/page/1/#3456138 "...We will change the way the warning error displays. So that the error should no longer display if the non-compatible card isn't the main card being used." Oh, good catch! I will pass that on, thanks for reporting this issue!
Thanks for reporting this, I think I know just the right guy to tackle this one! :)
It is always good to try and get the latest drivers so the the game can perform at its best for you. The discussion in the link may be relevant to your issue at hand as well, which we have found a resolve too. https://forums.galciv3.com/453240/page/1/#3456138
Thank you everyone for noticing and reporting this! I will make sure it gets to the developers. :)
Thanks for reporting this! We will change the way the warning error displays. So that the error should no longer display if the non-compatible card isn't the main card being used. *Edit* Let me know if you need any more clarification or anything!
After review, developers noted that the Nvidia is not being detected in the dxdiag and that the driver error is still noted in the debug.err. Could you please provide a debug.err after updating the Intel driver updates? That way we could see if the game was able to get the Nvidia after that.
I am sorry to say that when I went to download your debug.err file the dropbox link was broken. Please resend so I can look further into this issue. Thanks!
Good Catch! Passed on to the developers, thanks for reporting!
