Downloading theme in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I was hoping someone could help me with downloading a theme. Its LavendarSunset, and when i got to choose the theme with style xp, none of the downloads have a ".theme" file, so it's not seein gi tas a theme...how can I get it to work?
