OMG! You even ripped off our website's navigation buttons!! What, did you think we wouldn't notice? You've stolen our navigation from the white buttons with the spotlight to the black buttons. Remove it immediately.

Sorry but this is a total rip of our Star Trek: The Original Series theme. Focusing on the black elements of our theme and then looking at this and you can see it's a blatant ripoff. Matte black base elements with subtle glints with inlaid black high-gloss insets. www.hyperdesk.com See for yourself. Well CBS Studios owns our theme so you can talk to them when they contact you.
First off, I am in no way affiliated with this company. With that said, I purchased Adobe PhotoShop CS 3 from them recently for about $180 USD. New in box. Just an incredible price. I have so many PCs and notebooks that I'm always looking for less expensive options. When I found this website I was a little skeptical but since I paid with my American Express I knew I was covered. I received a wrapped, new in box copy of Adobe PhotoShop CS 3 for $179.95. Just
You should be getting a MacBook Pro or a MacBook. For the simple reason that with a Mac you get the best of both worlds. Thanks to Apple's Boot Camp, you can run Windows XP or Vista natively on its own partition and it runs incredibly. They look gorgeous, they run incredibly and best of all you also get to run OS X. So you can experience 2 operating systems each on their own partition. Does it get any better than that? Macbook: http://www.apple.com/macbook/ I co
Yep. A real Trekker would know those are the triangular buttons from many console panels. The only difference is ours uses the 3 division colors so they work with each theme and they're more saturated.
A general thanks to all. Jafo: It wasn't just Custo, there were plenty of people at Skinz that we had it out with on a daily basis. Toasty and Mian were always cool about it though. The thing was we weren't selling themes at all. All the work that The Skins Factory did was released to the public for free. Our clients were paying us not the community. We were bringing skinners real work for doing what they did as a hobby for free. I never could und
For all you Trekkers out there, the first review of our Trek theme: http://trekmovie.com/2009/03/18/the-collective-customize-your-computer-your-phone-with-star-trek/
Oh yes....when your skins come to WC, I hope I'm Customer #1, Jeff.
If our skins come to WC. Brad seems into the idea, but it's up to WC. I'm not sure how much support there will be for us to participate like that. We'll see. If we get the word, we'll start almost immediately. I'll be looking for 1 or 2 WindowBlinds themers to help with the ports since Kol has a full plate of work. I have to convert all of our icons anyway for Vista for Hyperdesk so i c
Actually I think we're going to be tweaking the titlebars for flagship. At least decreasing their height, possibly 3Ding them like the taskbar.
Jafo: Wasn't iST's name Jake and didn't he run Pseudoart with precurser? Sounds about right... Then there was Mian and Toasty....as I recall....two 'dudes' from Adelaide, South Oz...ah....skinz.org .....
No no. I'm asking because he added me to Twitter and Facebook out of the blue. Yesterday. And i mentioned him yesterday for the first time in years.
Well said starkers. Jafo: Wasn't iST's name Jake and didn't he run Pseudoart with precurser?
Possibly porting the Hyperdesk themes to Master Suites. Waiting to hear back on that. Other than that I thought I'd just hang out and watch a few people have an aneurysm over my "reinstatement". Get some popcorn, should be fun. Hyperdesk-wise: I have to do some promos for an affiliate who will be selling our PLAYSTATION 3 and PSP themes, work on promos for WALL-E and EVE for a different affiliate and possibly watch a movie. Our Star Trek theme is supposed to be reviewed
Wow did I typo your kudos or what Jafo?
Testing 1 2 3 Back to my old self and my old account. Thanks Brad! Thanks for the Kudos Hankers.
Jafo: Ahh I remember Fli7e - really nice guy. From France wasn't he? I miss the good old days Oh the flame wars on IRC where we'd kick each other out. That was so much fun. Remember Dethvader? (RIP). Oh and in terms of accuracy: "A few years ago, pioneering skinners got together and started Pixtudio and Skinplant and started making premium skins. This led others to start making skins professionally fo
Here is the best way to sum up my frustration... Wincustomize has always been touted as a skinning community site not a Stardock site. But that's complete crap as this article proves. Maybe i'm sick of Brad talking out of both sides of his mouth. Is this a general skin site or is it the mouthpiece of Stardock? It's not just one man's opinion either... it's the owner of this site and all of the software that is pushed in the article. This might as well say "advertisement" instead of article. I'm
Then argue with me.. Im quite enjoying not leaving you a leg to stand on. Yeh styler, you really laid in on me. Good job. Now i'm going to hop on over and get some work done. Unimportant 2007 skinning stuff. haha
Should Brad mention every skinner that does something unique? Should he mention every one that sells their skins? No. Why do you get special treatment? Okay last comment since i'm not going to win against someone raging with hormones We did contribute. We contributed high-profile skins to the world. It doesn't really matter. I'm typing comments in an a
Kudos on contributing to the community in 2006. Maybe you'll get mentioned in the 2k7 'State of Skinning'... Okay so they are not considered skinning because they're not free? So then change the title to The State of FREE Skins in 2006. See i thought it was about skinning. And all those were made in 2006 just not released. This is my argument whether it is a righteous argument or not... This is not really an article about skinning i
CerebroJD: I'm setting the record straight. There's a distinct difference. But hey you are the Wizop are you not? So what you think really does matter. Oh wait, no it doesn't. Nothing like arguing with a teenager to make your night. god.
TGTsoft's StyleXP product adds very little (if any) value to the skinning community and tools already baked into the operating system. They sell nothing more than a glorified Uxtheme patcher and it sickens me. Any statements to the contrary would be false. See that's where we disagree. Have you seen StyleXP lately? It does a helluva lot more than just patch the dll. You can on-the-fly swap out themes, wallpapers, icons, bootskins, logon screens, screensa

Didn't think of that. Good point.
Rafael: I have a problem with someone who has to base their whole online presence with a url that's a disparagement for someone else. I may not agree with Stardock on just about everything these days or even like their methods, but if someone came to me with an anti-stardock.com url i would feel the same way as i do with your anti-tgt. Its the reason i can't stand Apple's marketing campaigns. Why does Apple feel the need to constantly bash Windows? To me, it makes them look desperate.
