I tried tweek ui, but it didn't do the trick either. I also thought the problem might be errant autorun.inf files on the drives, so i deleted the autrun.infs, but that didn't help either.
yeah it's the trial version. At this point i'd be more than happy just to have the windows default icons for the drives back, but no go
I used Iconpackager to change the default icon for my hard drives on my XP pro box. Unfortunately, instead of showing the new icons in my computer, etc, it shows them for a split second, and then the icons change to the standard windows default document icon. I've tried using iconpackager, e-icons, activicons, and iconworkshop to try to fix it, but no luck. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? <B
