My issue is, i should have 24 available downloads, but the site is advising i have used up my 5 free downloads. Thanks again but i think im gonna need support for this one.
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I am not enquiring about unlimited downloads. I noted that the website at the top right(screenshot attached) that it says i have 24 downloads remaining. I am looking to confirm is this incorrect or is my inability to download being caused by another factor. Hi all, I am having an issue with the site telling me that my download limit is reached. I did research before posting and can confirm: I am a previous subscriber to wincustomize and i am an active Stardock member. I tried clearing my history/cookies and even tried to login on both Edge and Chrome but i am receiving the same error. "download 6/5 reached" but i can see in the top right corner i have 24 downloads left. Any help would be appreciated. <p
