OD Subscription problem since 7th February. Anyone reads the tickets here? in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Hi! I'm very upset with your support. I paid a OD Subscription renew on February 7th and still my account show the product has expired. I have submited a ticket and no one has answered and has resolved my problem. You have my money since 13 days ago and i can't see any downloads!!!
