I use win 98se.well me tired of that os only matter of time before i upgrade my comp speed(i hope). M$ added inproved the GUI and updated some stuff and than added some other stuff to xp bascally its important to choose an OS for which it can suit your needs.All Opp. Systems do the same thing right but it all about features and userbility of the OS

i'm wat u might call a novice i am now trin' to experiment with those paint progs (picture publisher).however i do not think that picture publisher i doing it for me.i know about those paint shop pro and photoshop.but any tips from u graphic artists(wat do they call u?) that would help a beginner to create walls so i can stop sayin'- 'I wish i can do that'
