Screenshots posted. Made it to turn 50. 96 Colonies. Teching everything in 1 turn. Outproducing all of the AI by 2x, even the Yor as you can see on the graph. Another idea: one of the difficulties of getting late game information especially on larger maps is because ALMOST NO ONE manages to get to the late game on the larger maps. They feel like they've already won, and the rest of it is j

So you're basically abandoning the asymmetrical aspect? How does this affect your approach to balancing the game / allowing you to do horrible / OP things?
When I first read OP it sounded like a Frogboy alt writing a parody post [e digicons][/e]
Am I reading it right that AotS may end up having the zoom out replace individual units with meta units icons, or something like that? If so, that sounds like a good middle road to me.
You just want strategic zoom as a DLC, don't you [e digicons][/e]
Isn't Brad a panelist on an upcoming GG debate? I think he's aware of all this [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e] Also he's had plenty attention from that circle since that sexual harassment lawsuit... I'd guess he doesnt give a fuck about that anymore.
I'm sorry to see the game getting a so-so review score, but on the bright side, most of the negative reviews rooted in technical issues rather the 'game itself'. On a side note: do you think it's possible / worthwhile automate testing by recording early access player actions as macros and playing them out across less active EA players? I'd happily sign up for something like that.
Time for some 286 therapy methinks
Stardock has set up a professional slave ring employment organization just for that: http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2013-12-05-stardock-sets-up-talent-sharing-company So I'm guessing the Gal Civ guys are now moving over to Ashes (and I suppose that the Sorcerer King guys hav

I really wonder whether Brad is on friendly terms with Sid Meier, or if they have voodoo dolls of each other...
It would be really nice for someone to give Intel a reason to push the envelope, if nothing else. I'm getting tired of being stuck below 4ghz on stock speeds. If we had 8ghz processors, Sins would run like a dream!
Maybe their only hope is to make the jump to the 300 THz range!
What is Scott's plan for deposing Brad and taking over Stardock?
Interesting!
Dunno about henchmen, but it's high time we had a Juggernautess!
What other IPs will Brad purchase just to legally make these custom factions I wonder?
Yarlen/Stardock, it's really time to miniaturize those founders badges - you don't want to end up like .... this [e digicons]:D[/e]
You broke your flawless lurking record just to say that??? j/k [e digicons][/e] and welcome! How many of you are there in Austin?
Ah, the classic "one step back, two steps forward" maneuver [e digicons]}:)[/e]
Thanks! Finding fonts can be a bitch. The worst part is that many are just variants, so you get partial matches and not for the letters you want.

The founders' program is built upon Brad's magical stay-up-all-night powers, but even those fail sometimes.
Brad had been hinting at this, never thought it would arrive so soon. Is Stardock planning to incorporate this into their games?
I think the scary part is that for true AI to not shut itself down in apathy, they'll have to provide it with survival instincts. And once that ball gets rolling...
