Rebellion bug after steam update in Technical Sins Forums

God damn quick start option is always on. Started games with the option both selected and not selected and both times game started with a quick start. Tried re-installing but that didn't do a thing. It would be fantastic to be able to play with out god dam quick start again. Anyone know how to fix this or had similar problem?
