I think it does affect you more than you know. If you are involved in a game, which most times you are or you wouldn't be playing it. If the game creates frustration, which, unfortunately, an awful lot of later titles do, then it can ruin your day and cause unnatural behavior. Most modern games are primarily designed to challenge and not entertain. You can lose a hundred times a day, this is bound to have a bad effect on people.

After hundreds of hours spent playing LH, I think I have a hint of what the game may be about. I am also quite capable of evaluating if a game would be suitable for myself or not, I have hairy bit's and a driving license, whatever. Anyways, thank you, Mr Frog for the response which carries good news. [e digicons][/e]

I get the same feeling. WOM-never finished, FE-stalled at 95%. Will LH go the same way? Stalled at 95% completion, frozen in time like a giant popsicle until the end of days. Gal Civ III, at 95%, boom! The announcement that the LH2 Alpha is up for early access.

I was very close to buying into the Gal Civ alpha, but then I thought about my experience's so far with the FE and LH beta's, so I put it on hold for the time being. Anyways, I'm not all that bothered anymore, I have gotten myself addicted to the Warlock series. They are surprisingly much better than I had imagined.
