Cheating AI, here we go again. Can no one program AI anymore? It seemed to be so much better in old games that run with only 48/64k.
Tattyhat
Does this mean we are going steady Wolfie? [e digicons]:inlove:[/e]
They have already said it would be late April, but they did not mention the year.
I am having none of the above problems EvilMax . I haven't tried to run the game in a borderless window, but the graphics and scrolling run perfect to me.
It would be somewhat elegant if they actually finished one game before proceeding to the next, don't you think? [e digicons]
I have been waiting to pick it up cheap myself. It's not a LH beater, but it's a very good game and well worth the price of a bag of potatoes. I bought the main game and used my blue coins to get the dlc , so I got myself the bargain of the year. :)
Just noticed this on Gamers Gate if anyone is interested. You can also buy the DLC separate at the same offer. http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/DDB-WLMAC/warlock-master-of-the-arcane-collection-bundle
[ quote who="Heavenfall" reply="87" id="3455476"] Dude, you think this is taking a long time? Fallen Enchantress 1.4 was literally never released! [/<span id="ae5832c5-0941-4060-a7a2-4e08cbe46893" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mar
Yes, I will give them time. Is it ready yet? :) No, but, I think it's going to be a special patch with it taking so long, maybe as you say have new content.
Okay it's time to eat my Tattyhat. I have been playing since yesterday and have to admit I am really starting to like the game. [e digicons][/e] It's not as deep and fulfilling as LH, but still a lo
Is this patch special, is that why it's been hanging around for decades unreleased? I want to be a beastmaster .
My computer is pretty good, but I found the campaign map to be a little laggy, but I would say a few patch's from now and it might be a different story. When it come's to AI, I'm a bit back-to-front. When people say the AI is hard, I usually find it easy. When they say the AI is easy, I find it really hard. :)
What level were you guys playing on? I was playing normal, and I didn't think the AI was all that hot. It might just have been luck though.
Oi , at least I had something to say that's related to the game, you're just on here name calling. [e digicons]:seal:[/e]
Never mind, it was only £30, and I think you can get a refund from GOG, if I wanted one that is. It has done one thing good that is worth mentioning. It has made me appreciate LH much more. [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Well, I bought it on the basis of comments made in this post, and..... I don't like it.
When I bought Gal Civ II and FE, I got to download the actual game which I stored on my hard drive along with any patch's. I could then install what I wanted with whatever patch's I wanted. All that was left was the Stardock activation. I never had to bother with Steam at all. They were a happy day's which I miss. I don't like all of this Steam nonsense.
I bought them from the stardock store but it made me install them on steam.
Yes, but when it is released will it not be steam only like Rebellion and Legendary heroes?
I really wish we had the choice to buy from elsewhere. I don't like steam and always buy from the developers site or places such as GOG when possible. Just my one and a half penny's worth.
Just noticed that GCIII is on Steam for just £75.99, and for that you get the full alpha. What a bargain, I am buying two copys, one for me and one for my Mum. http://store.steampowered.com/app/226860/?featured_app=1
Nah man, trolling just means you're constantly regenerating like in AoW3. This game is so groundbreaking that it is changing the lingo. The synergies are off the charts! It's totally networking. It's a paradigm shift in the next generation. It truly pushes the envelope while the expectations are carefully calibrated for "generation X" organic growth face time milestone; social media! 20 billion!
And you was winning me over, especially when you mentioned that it had been in development from before Civ V came out. And then you had to go and call me a troll, you just couldn't resist, could you? :p
It's definitely one of those to be researched before purchase. I take it that is is a 'in house' engine seeing as how I was terribly wrong in my assumption that it was the civ engine. Thanks for clearing that up. I have this thing about the civ engine, I have never liked a game that has ever used it you see?
What is the game play like in Age of Wonders (never played the series)?
Same here, I have never played it. But what I can see here only ignorant people are fans of the game and do little to promote it. From what I could see from the game play it looked to me to be a heavily modded version of the Civ engine, but |I couldn't get a straight answer on this subject.
