I figured it out actually... I reinstalled WB then I unloaded it in the start menu .. then I uninstalled it again... thanks..

I had window blinds installed, specifically Transilvania by treetog. Then I uninstalled teh whole program because it was slowing down my computer. Now when ever I open a link on Explorer the new page heading comes to the top but then I have to "maximize it" (using hte middle button in the upper right) is it permanently damaged? please let me know.
