FAIL TO CONECT in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

I had purchased Multiplicity 3 and everything had worked prfectly, i thn saw the version 4 and decided to upgrade, since installation even though the main PC can see the secondry PC it will not allow me to use the mouse or keyboard on the secondry PC, it would have been helpful if the upgrade installed and used the excisting settings, but obviously not, any suggestions please?

Hi I have used the basic software previously, however my hard drive failed and had a new hard drive fitted on one of the computors, i purchased the better version, however for some reason after trying all the on line help i am still unable to resolve the issue.
