Thanks for the reply, I was a bit afraid this thread would go to the second page without getting someone's input. :) I wanted to ask about stacking multiple treaties later, I'm glad that's cleared up already. In my case the AI that was so happy about it was the first AI I offered it, so it would still have benefit to both of us. Anyone else that can shed some light on this?

Hi guys, I was wondering how research treaties work exactly. I've searched around on these forums for related threads, but can't find much information. Research treaties only seem to appear on your own side of the diplomacy window, regardless of your diplomatic standing with the other party or them having the related tech.
