[/quote]Copy the folder with your backed up skins over to new machine into C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Windowblinds before you install Windowblinds on the new machine is the safest way to avoid conflicts.

Yes, that should work. I have done that several times. After you have copied the Windowblinds folder to the new machine, you should click the cogwheel in the upper right of the WB config screen a click the "Rebuild list"
