99% IconPackager. The remaining 1% is an occasional icon in the applied package. If I use a dock (almost never do anymore), I use icons from the applied package.

Open your image editor (MS Paint or another) and paste it into a new document and save it.

I have a "flickering" too, when the fence is set to list view (small icons) Fences load a scrollbar even though it's not needed , and it disappears once the fence is fully loaded. Takes 0,5 seconds or so. If the folder portal contains large icons, that does not happen.

No. I use my phone for calls/messages and the occasional app. Gaming, customizing, chatting, streaming, e-mail, and everything else on my PC/Smart TV. I even sometimes leave my phone at home. I have never felt the need to be connected 24/7. But if the majority of the users want it, I'm more than ok with that.

Yes, they work very , but they will of course have the known bugs after several Windows updates, but nothing serious.
