On a scale 1-10, the matter seems to be stuck at 0, left for limbo....
The discount on Master skins applies to people who have an active WinCustomize membership.
Does that mean I owe you lots of $$ for years of discount without a paid Wincustomize membership or simply that I'm there and logged in makes me eligible for discounts on master skins? In that case, you give no resaonable explanation for why the discount disappeared at the same time local taxes (25% where I live, autumn last year) were
BSOD. Now that was fun! [e digicons]X([/e] And I have the windows explorer restarting without any reason but one I have found to be if a disk is in sleep mode and I click it, explorer restarts. I've had errors like that & BSOD back in the day when that happend to most users from time to time, but been years, I think, since I've seen it. Have no choice but to try resetting, but thats a 50/50 % in my experience. Shait. I will first uninstall the patch & then do the reset.
If you log into your Stardock store account ALMonty, it isn't there to download?
I took the liberty to send it to him in a private message, but seems like he hasn't noticed.
Here's the receipt I got in the mail.
Check your PM.
There is also discounts on Stardock software when you subscribe. WC sub, I mean.
There are discounts for OD subscribers too. I have discounts and I'm not a WC subscriber.
I just bought the same. Paid with PayPal and I'm a WC subscriber.
The tax you pay is next to nothing, I see.
I have gone through my purchases and the last time a got a discount was back in September 2019. Didn't buy anything until November and the the local VAT (+25% for me ) was added and the discount removed. I haven't been a WC subscriber for many, many years so that can't be the reason. "Current customer" has been the reason given to me for the discount. I have been an OD subscriber for ages though, but for only a short period of time.
Converted to $, that's $9,82
Seems like this wasn't interesting enough for someone at Stardock to answer.
Was looking for an option to lock Fences and went through every option I could find, but no luck, until I I right clicked desktop, view. Why on earth isn't that option placed on the fences or in the configuration panel? No logic at all, I think.
I believe that is an excise tax being applied by the country you are living in. Nothing to do with Stardock.
That is correct, but he is asking for the discount for Stardock/Wincustomize customers. Not the same thing. I have to pay around $10 or more for premium skins now. Used to be around $6. I still pay that for premium skins from another skinner. Quite a big difference. To me it seems the discount was removed at the same time
Is that true, of am I missing something?
Same thing for me.
No thoughts on the subject?
I have so far to be satisfied with third party transparency apps, but it's been a while since I've played around with one so I'll give it a go.
Make it for Windows 10 only, but keep the old version available.
I would like to see only the Windows 10 areas in SkinStudio, nothing else. It would be great to have an actual complete Windows 10 interface image (or images if necessary), so that when you click on the area of the image you want to modify, it opens that area to be worked on in another popup type window showing all areas that can be modified for that image (import image, change text, change margins, add shadow, etc.). Then after updating tha
I promise to buy it if you add a preset with Windows default fonts. Blackmailing is not what I'm best at though.... Looking pretty awesome, Andy!
Increased cursor drawing performance & High DPI support are the most important new features. The increased drawing performance is actully noticeable. All cursors runs smoother and looks better at least on my system. With that said, the old one hasn't stopped working under Windows 10 - yet.
After one year, is the renew free?
No, that's why it's called a subscription, like one's you might have to Spotify, Netflix, Office, etc. There has to my knowledge always been for a reduced price though. ;-)
Both, but I would personally recommend installers for each program. You can easily download the installers from your account page after purchase. Remember to save the insatllers for the future if you're not going to renew the subscription for Object Desktop, since OD is a subscription and after that period you will not have access to the download page nor will you get updates, but the programs will still function until, well they don't because of a Microsoft update or other reasons.
Not much different frmom my other setups. vStyler's Penthouse wb (recolored), adni18's Rainlendar & Rainmeter.
