If your wall contains, uses, looks like, or is created from someone else's work you have a copyright issue. for example, if you put a picutre of mickey mouse in your wall....no matter what you do afterwards (unless you 100% remove mickey mouse) it still has a copyright issue.

Skin-Fu is awesome. The yin yang made with brushes and paint in black and white might make a nice logo. The key to that working would be keeping the logo as simple as possible.

Groups are a great idea. However, if the site is going to give groups special privileges (unique avatars, free storage space, ...) then the teams should be responsible to help promote the community. Like required "community service" hours. Whatever the WC community needs (beta testing, wiki articles, ...) the groups should be one of the first places Stardock seeks for help.
