Downloading skins!!!!! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

As of 12-24-02 I've not been able to download anymore skins to the Windowblinds program. Has something happened to the server, or have I got to reset my Internet explorer browser!!!! HELP>>>>>>>>
