System is: PIII 1ghz, 512mb, 9gb 7200rpm, XP Pro. Themes being used are blackcomb, Xi01, gunmetalblue, phasechange and sage. I've compared all of these to the standard luna blue with a cnet bandwidth test and all are having slower downloads ranging from 170-300kbps slower. Any thoughts on this are appreciated. JS

I've noticed that when I run a window blinds theme, my downloads become much slower. Anyone else notice this?
