Chas....what I do to make money never started out as a hobby....it started out as a career choice. Preparation is necessary in any career choice. And while you were learning about cars (however you did it), I bet no one was paying you. Chemistry was my career choice. But, no one paid me will I was studying in school. Then, it was just a

As another hint, most good/great skins take three to four months to create. In that time, you will learn alot. And most of the great WB skins, are created by people with lots of experience in manipulating their choosen paint program. If you take six months, you will create a great skin with the beginning skills you have already demonstrated here. Theme Manager has always seemed really buggy to me and I don't use it. I would uninstall it, and download Winstyles instead. It is a free download. It is strange that in the suites directory, the download for installing and using suites is Winstyles, not Theme Manager. I hear a lot of problems with people using Theme Manager, none with Winstyles.

It might also depend on your operating system. There are versions of windowblinds that won't work properly with windows98. There are special versions for that operating system.

You must realize that a lot of the icon packages will "skin" the system icons. It is best to find a package that will skin the ones that you want. You can do it manually, but most people complain that they have messed up their systems doing it that way.

I think what she is looking for is that ObjectDock behaves like a taskbar. Which would be good if you decide to use it as your taskbar. I think the option would be something like "Always On Top"
