Is it difficult to make skins? No, its not really difficult once you know Skin Studio. It is just time consuming. I've heard that Treetog, a great windowblind artist, takes between 40 to 80 hours to make a skin. So, I guess we got teased with the 16 color version and all the talk was just talk about a full color version. I should have known. I'm glad I didn't waste my time installing it. I didn't like the 16 color crap with BootXP and I definitely didn't like it with Bootscreen either. Once was enough for me. (End of rant.)

Or, are you referring to the desktop icons from Object Dock? Those icons would be in the Object Dock Library. And, you would need the program, Object Dock. [Message Edited]

You need iconpackager. It is the program link at the top of the iconpackager library.
1) Try loading a new theme. You probably can't delete the object while it is running. You can delete the object from your desktop, then delete it from your library. If it is a widget, maybe it is set to autostart. I've created widgets and objects and I've had no trouble removing them. 2) I noticed those settings in an older version of DesktopX but, I don't see them in the latest version. If you are talking about running programs in the taskbar, that is a windows property setup. It has nothing to do with windowblinds.

If you have SP2 installed, it can change the extension of the downloads to zip. Then, you just need to change them back to the proper program extension.
