Tiles changes focus window at startup or on wallpaper change in Tiles Stardock Forums

I have noticed this for some time now, and I have been trying to play around with it. I have a wallpaper changer that runs in the background. I have tested it with several wallpaper changers, but right now I'm using 'John's Background Switcher'. When the wallpaper changes, Tiles flickers and it focuses on a different window than the current one (usually my browser or windows explorer).
