"it works both ways. the israelis have done what no other country has yet to do: arm themselves with nuclear weapons and, for all intents, ignore international oversight agencies." Completely unlike India, Pakistan, Russia, China, England and France. Oh, and the United States.

"They are protested, it's just that there's no controversy about these protests." Bullshit. They aren't reported because they aren't happening or are so small as to not be newsworthy. I managed to find one story about a protest about China's occupation of Tibet. A whopping 20-30 people protested in it. Clearly, this shows that everyone is outraged at China. http://www.unpo.org/news_detail.php?arg=52&par=788 And as pointed out, the
"Nevertheless there is a growing tendency among those who are pro-Israeli to label any and all criticism of the Jewish state as anti-semitic." You're right that criticism of Israel isn't anti-Semitism. Israel isn't a perfect state just like every other state, and constructive criticism can be an asset, and should be given, just as criticism should be leveled at the US (so long as it isn't the shrill yelling of either extreme.... <img src="../
"According to the article, Tenet resigned, predictably for "personal reasons". I'm sure he's suddenly decided he wants to spend a hell of a lot more time with his family." Or maybe he resigned because he's tired of the stress and increasing pressure that comes with the job, and that he knows that he's been in the position too long and that someone new should take over? "I look forward to
I'm still getting crashes some of the times when I go to the Win Endorsements screen. Also, in one interview a question on taxes featured two answers on taxes (lower taxes on the upper class, and lower taxes and spending) and two which seemed to be coming from a question on terrorism.
Also, getting crashes to the desktop sometimes when I try to go to the Win Endorsement page: debug.err: Debug Message: ******* Starting Game Shell ******* Debug Message: Going Fullscreen Debug Message: Preparing to change display settings. "Well, I tried one more. I managed to get to about week 24 before CDT. Had something odd happen before that. My first interview came about week 20, on joeuser.com. They asked me a question with no text in the question, but it had 3 answers: America should re-evaluate their policy, America should do something else that I can't remember, but didn't sound that good, and America should turn the middle east into glass. Well, I foolishly chose the first one.
Comments/Bugs: - In news, Fundraiser has the comment "SCOTT!!!" - For the polls on the electoral map after election day, they should reflect the after-election-day result, not pre-election day polls, I think. - No debates? - In the Endorsements page, there's a blank endorsement in the top left corner - i

It's started crashing me to the desktop some times, with the 0.97 version. I have a Athelon 900 /w Radeon 7200 video card. At the commentary that pops up 31 weeks into the game, it says that half the campaign season is left, when really, only a quarter is left.
"Found an amusing bug. On turn 41, if you go to polls it doesn't give you an option to resume game. It only gives you an option to exit to the main menu. Fortunately you can resume the game if you go back to options and click on "resume game", but one shouldn't have to do that." I didn't find that so amusing when it happened to me on that turn, but then, I didn't realize there was a way to return to the game (there should probably be a continu
Issues I had: 1. Had to use the nointro workaround. 2. I also had trouble checking the box for the AI. Had to go to the main menu and back again a few times and it finally worked. 3. I can't seem to click the news button at the top. I can see it highlighted a bit, but nothing pops up. 4. On election evening, some of the states would turn white, instead of red or blue. Electoral points were added appropriately, as far as I coul
