Finally, it is fixed in 1.01.

Hand still shows at the top of the screen. But at least function is disabled. Hope this will be fixed in next version. EDIT: I found a temporary solution, enable all hot corners in Start8, then install Skip Metro Suite and disable them, then after restart there are no hot corners and no hand in upper corner.
