In Multiplicity 3, I believe I was able to use a single hotkey to open and close the KVM window. But in version 4, there is only the option to open new windows.
I will pass on your feature request, thank you. If quicker access is really your concern, you can create shortcuts to specific KVM MP PCs Sean Drohan<br

While we appreciate all feedback, please remember that we offer no official support for beta \ preview \ developer channel versions of Windows. If you report issues while in any of those early release channels, you should not expect them to be addressed unless it still exists in a retail version of Windows. tbd
Sean, I am using the secondary PC name, not it's IP address. The computers are both wired. I am also using Multiplicity 3.6, Build 00105, I haven't upgraded to 4.0 yet, but it sounds like user stardock 641 above is having the same issue with 4.0 that I'm having with 3.6.
It would be prudent to install the trial for MP4 (on all PCS, not just the Primary) as that is our main focus of late. </p
Can the Seamless Display option be used to play a game? It must be better than RDP but I'm guessing it would still be pretty laggy.
Much depends on the connection medium (Ethernet being the best of the options), but yes, we tested gaming with it and is a legitimate use case.
Running the latest version of Win 11 on desktop and laptop. I have the vertical taskbar configured for the right side of the screen. On occasion the taskbar does not populate, i.e.: nothing shown in it. This occurs most often when returning from hibernation; however, it also occurs on startup as it did this morning on my laptop. The start menu can still be accessed by clicking on the blank taskbar
I'm guessing that Multiplicity requires the keyboard and mouse to be wireless, yes? I've a wireless keyboard available here but I use a Microsoft Trackerball here (wired) rather than a mouse (I've always had a preference for trackerballs...) So does that mean my setup here wouldn't work with Multiplicity? [Edit...] Also, if the monitor expects a wired input, how will two (or more) cumputers work with Multiplicity?
I am no
So, I went back to my original startup setup. I then selected the 'Always use the IP address (192.168.x.x)' option in the Primary PC KVM settings. I have been testing this setting since last night. So far, every single power on/off, restart, wake from sleep, and wake from hibernate cycle test, with Nord set to auto-start and auto-connect to VPN, has resulted in the correct (and instant) mouse movement within the secondary PC.
FYI, I rolled back the 24H2 feature update, and the disconnect problem went away. So it's pretty clear that the 24H2 update is causing the disconnect issue. As 24H2 is rolling out, are there any others finding this problem?
Single Key, Multiple Activations or Multiple Keys, Single Activation?
Single key, multiple activations would mean you have 1 key and can activate multiple Primary PCs with it. The quantity at purchase would be how many concurrent activations (Primaries) can be attached to that key. Multiple keys \ single activation is a single key with 1 concurrent activation associated with it. The quantity at purches determines how many

If Nord were set to a manual startup (or 'delayed' that can be set if its a service - which I suspect it is), and you make the KVM connection, is all fine then as well? Is so, I am not certain how we can help here as it seems to be a 'race' (in the chaotic process that is a wake \ startup) that MP is somehow getting put to the back of the bus (so to speak). In any event, it would be interesting to know the results of the test. Sean Drohan Stardock Product Lifecycl

Please see the pinned holiday message at the top of the forum for the schedule. Thanks for the feedback.
