Thanks for your reply. You are definitely correct about the morale drop from population also turning into a multiplier on the buildings. Now that you say it, you can easily see it in the data. But on the "native", I also thought it referred to my Morale ability (from startup options and anomalies), but then it would be constant and the same for all planets.
