Reply to Fences has detected that explorer was not closed properly in Fences Stardock Forums

Same problem with Fences 3 update...says Explorer wasn't closed properly (it was), then right click desktop and enable fences...this goes on endlessly...had to completely revert my computer to get rid of it... Poor coding.
