I want to add a shortcut to Object Dock to run cmd.exe as administrator. No matter if I drag an already configured as administrator shortcut to the dock it always launches as the current user. If I run the shortcut sitting on my desktop or the one in the windows 8.1 taskbar it runs as administrator. For some reason it automatically looses the "Run as administrator" setting when transferred to the dock. Why?

No, I just did a basic setup with Decor8. I just setup a different (non-default) background for the Windows 8 Menu. Today the problems returned with Decor8 uninstalled. I then did a system restore to a point in time before Decor8 was originally installed. I want to see in something was changed to the registry that remained when I uninstalled Décor8.
