To be honest and not being rude, I don't blame the rating. I just reviewed the rest of your skins/wallpapers and you are able to do a much better job then what you did on those last 3 that got accepted. It almost looks like you went backwards on your designing instead of getting better. But there could be reasons for that - Lack of inspiration, stress, life, etc. All I have to say is that by what I see, you are able to do a much much better job then those last 3.
