Miners are growing weary of beaming resources? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I get this message and about 10 or so turns later the miners give the resources to the other player. How do I counter this? What am I suppost to do to stop them "growing weary"? I dont understand what the game needs me to do to stop this. Eventually just about every mining camp is weary and wanting to beam resources elsewhere.
