I am the only user on my PC. And I'm an administrator on it. I never used Fences using the "run as administrator" feature. And, as designed, it runs on boot. I don't know if the recent Win 10 update to 1903 is the reason of this behaviour, but it never occured before! Thanks for your attention!

Hello, Thanks for your answer. I checked your cleanboot page and began by creating a new user. I stopped after the first step! Too much trouble! I think I'll stick to the problematic boot sequence until you find a simple solution like a checkbox to click. Could be included in the next update! Thanks anyway! Yves Michel

I have the same issue. Whenever Fences starts, manually or on boot, this configuration window appears. Using the purge.bat file and installing the last version of Fences DIDN'T solve the problem. Insn't it an option available to stop this behaviour? Would be easier than purging/installing! Thank you in advance!

Thanks! You were right about these lines in Task Manager. BUT Fences still always opens with the configuration panel on top! Which was not the case before. I didn't find an option to avoid this. Remark: I use the French version of Fences.

I use Fences 3.0.9.11 on Win 10 1903. 1) Since the update to version 1903 and the update to Fences 3.0.9, I cannot have Fences opening on startup, even with a link in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and even if it appears on Autoruns. Double-Click on icon in Fences Stardock Forums

I'm using version 3.0.5.12 on Windows 10 (version 1703) Since I installed this new version: Starting a program by double-clicking on the icon has become a pain in... I never had this problem before! I have to start over the maneuver once or twice. Very annoying! Starting "Configure Fences" takes at least 20 seconds! Same remark! Could you help me to fix these problems. Can't wait for an update! I installed Windows 10 november issue. I then uninstalled Start 8. I upgraded to Start 10. At the end of the installation process, i received an erro message: "Encountered a sharing violation while accessing c:\PF\Stardock\Start 10\SasUpgrade.exe" I did something wrong but what?
