So, I have the same issue and I am NOT using the insider version of windows 11. Windows Firewall is off, I have run the batchfile to fix the ports on both PCs. I can copy from the secondary to the primary with no issues, but as soon as I try from primary to secondary it locks up whatever app I am pasting into.
