Even amoung supported software and hardware configurations, it is possible for a software product not to work or not to work as designed so it always makes sense to try before you buy. I would also check out the product forum prior to trying/buying any software product. It has also been posted here the timeframe for the beta Windows 8 version of WindowBlinds for those who want to wait before buying the subscription just to be sure

At any one time applications are being introduced for a new OS, being adapted to be compatible with a new OS, or are being discontinued as no longer relevant to a new OS. This is on-going, and not particular to [the current release of] Windows 8, but has been the case since OD's inception. As a subscription, any time within its 12 month period any

As a matter of fact, I've only just recently made a first purchase from Stardock. I say this to preclude any asinine fanboy or shill accusations that will most likely be levied regardless. It's been very easy to discern which products are Windows 8 ready and which are not. As a matter of fact, this info can be fou
Quoting Zubaz, reply 10the problem was due to the first and last name you used. Being a Support thread, I won't even venture a guess at that one. I will, however say well done, and Happy Holidays. to you and to arabia 1
and to you
I got everything. First application is doing what I wanted. I'll try the rest another time. Thank you very much for your help. Refund won't be necessary.
Respectfully, you have no right to do business when you're closed do you? If you're not able to do business properly because you're on holidays then you shouldn't be taking people's money. So come to think of it. I may be a jerk but what are you? Look at it from my point of view. I PAYED YOU AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING MY MONEY. Don't take my money if you're on holidays. Simple right? &nb
@Daiwa, I know I may sound like jerk but I really don't like dealing with people that take my money and don't give what they promised right away. That's usually a bad sign and sign of worse things to come. That really gets under my skin and it should never happen and the fact that its happened before is not a good sign either.
I sent an email to asking for a refund. Things are far too sloppy around here and I'm not nearly patient enough for this. If any of you support guys can help get me my refund I'll be grateful. Thanks
There was a glitch. It's been....adjusted.
What has been adjusted? I still have not gotten my email and I get "No registrations found." at the url above.
I guess it's a bad sign to see "No registrations found" ? I'm starting to regret this purchase. I hope it's just a glitch or by the morning I'll have to ask for a refund.
I just purchased but still haven't received anything other than confirmation that I paid. That was about 30 min ago. How long does it usually take to get my download link and code? I'm wondering if I should cancel the transaction. I'm accustomed to getting it right away when I purchase software.
