yeah, totally unloaded WB. also did it from within WB with the same results. this leads me to thinking I've made some change somewhere that I can't remember or didn't realize that it would have other effects. thanks you guys... 2of3.... I appreciate it. I'll keep poking at it and see if I can find something out.

the second screenshot is a selected area with my left mouse button still in a clicked (down) state. I can unload windowblinds and everything is fine. although this does happen in every skin. my first thought was to re-install windowblinds again, unfortunately my subscription just ran out and by the looks of the website they want me to renew my subscription just to download the old version I already paid for... with all the many bugs and problems I'

yeah, I did try that... I've been fidling around with this for several days now. the second image is my drawing a selection area in that window, it's bleeding through bits of the desktop wallpaper in that ugly yellowish tint.

Hi, thanks for checking this out.... I'm not sure what the area inside the selection in windows is called. to be sure I took some screenshots to show you what I'm talking about. Mine seems to have corrupted somehow, the area is bleeding the desktop background though in windows but on the desktop itself is no problem, just a dotted line. I was trying to find it in SkinStudio, which I've used several times to mod my skins, but I can't see

I'm having this issue too, I'm not able to redownload the software I've already purchased? I checked my account and it just says expired and gives me a link to pay again [e digicons]X|[/e] what's worse is that I find my windowblinds suddenly started malfunctioning when my subscription ended... please tell me this is just a coincidence and Stardock hasn't crippled my software when my subscription ended.

I'm sure you remember me, the one that has has problem with this program from day one. I'm guessing you do not have an actual multi monitor system in which to test your software on. you're latest 5.12 has totally screwed up my system to the point I'm not sure what to do. 1. install 5.12 2. lost my display configuration of eyefinity + extended desktop 3. reset 4. unable to restore any kind of eyefinity display.

thanks guys, I really appreciate the help :) as far as the favorites menu goes, yeah, I've tried everything you've mentioned LightStar, it will not work for me no matter what I do, tried everything you suggested, both ways, upside down and sideways. I wonder if your own ProjectZ skin shows a white border on your computer like mine does? Thanks 2of3 that did the trick for me :) my version is cs3 so that's all fixed up now :D &n

I totally agree Daiwa... I can't be positive I didn't miss it... but I did back them up before uninstalling so yeah, it was on my mind and I was looking out for it, or some option to keep user files or, something.

I downloaded Windowblinds 8 and SkinStudio 8 because of the "win7 compatibility", worked fine until I started skinning and I soon figured out that little things like the white borders around tool menus and the favorites menu don't work in the same way they have in the past. First time you open one of these menus it work, and every other time after that it doesn't, you're stuck with the white border. talking with someone at wincustomise helped me firgure this

also happening here, has been happening the whole time I've had windowsfx... a few months maybe. win7pro 2 amd/ati hd6950's driver v13.1 w/eyefinity group on 3 monitors, extended desktop on 4th. only happens on 4th monitor constantly and sometimes on all monitors until reset. when might we expect an update or some news? I keep checking updates... is discouraging to keep seeing "No updates for WindowsFX were found" :(</p

I never said there was a button that says snap to center! if there was I'd click it ;) I don't want a tabbed dock, I'm wanting to use the zoomers, and using them there's no way to move the dock freely! when I use the slider it "snaps to the center" how else to say this, no, there's not a button I'm struggling with [e digicons]
