I'm just...dense. in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hey guys. I can't even load a darn skin. I'm running on XP and I've got three skins downloaded. I go to: Display Properties >> Appearances >> Windows and Buttons: Fuel (The Name of The Skin), then I clicked "OK". But it loads the stinkin' Windows Classic theme ! What am I doing wrong?!
