I have KLUDGED it for now by placing a shortcut to the DESKTOP X executable in my STARTUP menu. Any hints would help greatly. Bill

I purchased the TOON-XP theme, because I like the cartoony look of it. However, I have run into a glitch where I can apply the theme - not totally succesfully since it requires MSVCRT70.dll and I had to apply that first - but the Desktop X portion of the theme refuses to load on reboot - it loads fine when I manually apply the theme, but when I reboot it doesn't load at all. Now the Toon-XP theme is supposed to have all the BASIC components necessary to load the theme - it does
