Now that I'm thinking more about the issue, the planet was fine for most the game then the Yor population went down. So the problem is probably tied to a precursor world tech. Hope that helps find the bug!
Version: 1.01 Details: On the world Arcturus 1 the Yor population moves from two to one at the end of turn How to reproduce: I think it's because it is a precursor world with negative growth attached, I kept on trying to fill up the planet and the population just kept going down.
