Thanks. Though miniturization wouldn't explain how Laser I gives 2 in beam attack though. No way of fixing it with mods then I presume?

So I'm on Dread Lords second mission (Ultimate version of Galciv). I just got Laser II and unlocked the Star Fury M2 template. Now stats-wise this bird has 2 in beam weapons and that is it. Reach of 0.1, Speed 1 pc and range 0.1 sct. VISUAL-wise it has ONE Laser I attached (1 beam), 1 sensor and 1 support. Now this is a complete mismatch, and if I try to build the same vessel I can't fit the support on there as the sensor and Laser I takes 16 space alread
