Give it a couple of more days for people to read the thread. It's summertime afterall and people might not frequent that often. Just to clarify things: You want a widget that changes the wallpaper of the desktop once a day? Do you want the widget to have the wallpaper supplied with it or do you want it to download the wallpaper from your website? Also, if this is for commercial purpose I think people would be more 'persuaded' if they got some benefits of their own for doing

Is DesktopX configured to run at startup?
SIXX21: The Object Desktop applications are allways developed further to improve them. You will find that 99% of the apps availible are fully complete applications, some in their second, third, forth and even fifth major version. If you do not like running beta software you do not have to. Just stick to the final releases. The beta versions are offered to those of us who like to use cutting edge software and don't mind a odd bug (all though there
Aaaaah! The tease! I can't wait for the Vista-era of desktop goodies! About time they got that beast shipped!
SDC shows version 2 now. *downloading*
I'm not familiar with OSX applications. What kind of applications are we talking about here? (I'd normally just download and try it, but I'm on a dial-up atm.)
np! but.. where do we get out hands on ODL2?
Or you could try IconTweaker which is free, but doesn't have all the features of IP. And it doesn't handle IP packages so you'd have to rebuild the package yourself.
well, ... you do post alot Bichur...
dhuurh... you see, now I'm just paranoid. I felt that having two drives in my comp and an external HD and manually updating when I felt it was needed would be enough.
btw, there's a typo in the description of DesktopX in that screenshot. 'Application' is missing a 'p'.
The Object Desktop Launchpad version I see in my SDC is version 1. .. Did I miss anything? is it not out yet?
I'm interested. Just a bit apprehencive against commiting to anything because I'm too sure how busy I'll be the next weeks.
Check out ths link: http://www.aumha.org/win5/a/shutcut.php
I have seen similar effect on my own system. But it seem to be due to certain colours as selection colour. Think it occurs even without WB.
Not sure. Have you tried clearing the widget cache?
Read the wossnameweeblewoop?
Do you know what widget it is?
I've tested all the way up to 7.0, but later versions should still work. Did that version support nested layer groups? Oh well, that'll leave more than a few of us out since not all of us use Photoshop. </table
Win9x has limited resources for graphics so WB might be though on your system.
Was it just that one skin?
Hey, what version of Photoshop files does it support? Is layer effect supported or should they be converted into layers?
There should be a shortcut in your Start menu. Find it and rightclick it, then choose properties.
What's with the navigation on the right side? It seems awkward to me. Having navigational links on the right side is better. * The links are closer to the scrollbar of the page. The main content is allowed to start at the top left corner of the page so your eyes don't have to jump over the navigation bar to read the content. <br/
Hmm... now this seem very interesting for a WC Forum Reader Widget....
